These Terms govern your access to and use of the Market Me Global Academy student portal and the courses sold on it (the "Service"). By creating an account or buying a chapter, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are personal | do not share your access with others.

Purchases & lifetime access

• Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and the Bundle grant lifetime access to that content for the buyer's account.
• Prices are shown in EUR and processed by Stripe.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as Market Me Global Academy continues to operate the portal.
• The 3-minute monthly free preview and paid top-up minutes are non-transferable.

Refund policy

Because course content is delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final once a lesson video has been started. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us at info@marketmeglobal.com within 14 days and we will review your case.

Acceptable use

• Do not download, redistribute, resell, or publicly post lesson videos, slides, or prompts.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, entitlements, trial limits, or admin protections.
• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful or abusive.

Intellectual property

All course videos, slides, prompts, branding, and written material remain the property of Market Me Global. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific business results from applying the workflows taught in the courses.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the portal or by email.
